Our easy-to-use and comprehensive website is our catalogue. It is not feasible
to provide a catalogue with the image quality to compare, and the collection
is changed often so it is easier to keep up to date on our online website.
Most customers are happy to be able to print pages or products without waiting,
as and when they need them. All gowns and romper images on the site can be
enlarged by clicking on them enabling you to see or print them with all the
detail.
Some internet services reduce image quality to increase
transmission speed so you may find some of the images a bit "grainy".
We have prepared step by step instructions for AOL users which might
assist in some way. AOL users might like to see image
quality for further information. If you get stuck, please get in
touch and We'll do our best to help - We are getting quite practiced
at dealing with customers at arms length!
Remember that we offer a satisfaction guarantee so
if the outfit does not match your expectations, you can return it for
a full refund, as specified on the order form. Also of course, when
purchasing with VISA you have purchase protection anyway, so we hope
shopping on the 'net', rather than by mail order catalogue will be

In our experience AOL users may have problems viewing colourful
and detailed images on many graphically enhanced web sites. The default
settings can easily be changed to allow viewing of images as they were
intended. Follow the steps for the browser you are using:
AOL's Default Browser
1. Choose "Preferences"
2. Check "Uncompressed Graphics"
3. Make sure only "Show current location," and Show destination of
hyperlinks" are the only boxes checked.
4. At the bottom of the box, click on "Advanced."
5. Uncheck "Cache Web pages and graphics locally."
6. Choose "Purge Cache."
7. Click "OK".
Internet Explorer - AOL
1. At the top of your AOL browser, click on the 'Prefs' button.
2. Go to the Web Graphics tab and uncheck the 'Use compressed graphics' box.
Click 'OK'.
3. Now choose the "Advanced" tab located to the immediate left of
the "Web Graphics" tab.
4. Click "Settings."
5. Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages," check "Every
visit to the page."
6. For "Amount of disk space to use," choose "100% of drive."
7. Under "Current folder: C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\",
(this is the default location - the path on your system may differ), click "Empty
Folder."
8. Click "OK."

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order,
return it unworn (within 10 days) in its original condition and packaging
for a full goods refund. Please ensure all labels and seals are left
intact on the items. Note shipping is not included in this refund guarantee.
After 10 days, the level of refund may be reduced. After 30 days all
orders are final, and refunds not applicable.
The 10 days mentioned is time with you - i.e. it
needs to be postmarked within 10 days. You do not need to make sure
we receive it back within 10 days - we know that shipping from around
the world can take time. Detailed return instructions (to ensure a
trouble free return through British Customs) is included with each
package. However, you are welcome to have a copy emailed you before
you choose to buy from us if you wish.

Sales within the UK & European Union (EU)
Children's clothes are zero rated for VAT but some gifts attract 'Value Added
Tax' (VAT) at the standard rate (currently 17.5%). For all orders dispatched
to addresses within the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%, will be added
as required, even if you order from outside the EU.
Sales to the rest of the world
Sunday Best will apply NO taxes to your order. Whether or not you will be liable
to pay tax or duties on delivery will depend upon your country's rules in
this regard. The courier may ask for these payments on behalf of your national
or regional authorities, on or before delivery. Sunday Best has NO control
over these charges. For information regarding import duties or taxes, please
